Come Out (as an Asian kid)

Coming out as gay is not just a journey of self-recognization, but also is a huge challenge for the ones who were born and raised in Asia. Facing a rather conservative society and pressure from the family, many kids take several steps to build up their courage and self-esteem before coming out to everyone and liberate themselves from the long-hidden secret. 

Take me as an example.  I came out to plants, pets, lgbt+ friends, straight allies step by step. Now, I made my memories of coming out into this game. This is a reaction game. In the game, the players aim to build their confidence to come out to a broader range of groups of people when the level proceeds. Left and Right to choose to come out or not. Accumulate HP（confidence) to stay alive and come out to as many people as possible. While coming out to the wrong person（not ready to come out yet), the players lose HP. When HP comes down to 0, game over.

我是这个游戏的作者MegaHamster，是个在亚洲长大的gay。可惜的是在亚洲出柜，无论是谁都会面对更加猛烈的社会舆论跟精神压力。所以会有很多人会像我一样有选择性地出柜。这听上去很不勇敢，可这是最适合目前的我最好的选择。

趁着这个【liberation】为题的机会，我想到我【出柜】的记忆。便把我的出柜经历做成了一个小游戏。我跟我家门口的大树出柜，跟路边的小猫出柜，跟LGBTQ+的人们出柜...他们给我的鼓励对我成长的帮助不言而喻，谢谢温和对待LGBTQ+人群的你们。

在这个游戏里，玩家要根据关卡要求逐渐扩大出柜对象群体。左键或者是左鼠标不出柜，右键或者是右鼠不出柜。成功判定会增加HP值（我称它为自信值;)出柜失败遭到嫌弃就会损失，归零就会Game Over）,是个考验反应力的游戏。

このゲームで、プレイヤーは要求に沿ってカミングアウトするかしないか、行動を選んでゆく。左クリックでカミングアウトしない、右クリックでカミングアウトするリアクションゲームである。
